We run an AI generation platform. You trust us with your money, your creative work, and your data. This page explains how we handle all three.
Your Money is Safe
How payments and credits work.
Payments go through Stripe. We don't see your card number and we don't store it.
The credit system works like this: every model shows its cost before you generate. Some models are cheaper to run, some are expensive. We price accordingly - what we pay more for, you pay more for.
If a generation fails, credits come back to your balance automatically. Doesn't matter if it's our servers, the AI model, or your connection.
You can cancel your subscription from account settings. One click. You keep access through the end of your billing period.

Content Safety
What we allow and what we don't.
Every AI model on the platform comes with safety filters from the provider. We can't turn them off and neither can you. On top of that, we enforce our own rules. If you see something that shouldn't be here, email support@dreamsunai.com. We read every report.
We will terminate your account immediately, without refund, for:
- Sexual or exploitative content involving minors
- Deepfakes meant to deceive or harm real people
- Non-consensual intimate imagery
- Content promoting terrorism or inciting violence
- Targeted harassment or threats
- Fraud (fake IDs, counterfeit documents, phishing)
- Content that facilitates illegal activity
On NSFW content:
If a model allows mature content within its own policies, we don't add restrictions on top. If a model blocks it, we don't override that. We follow the model's boundary in both directions.
You can generate art, commercial work, concept art, storyboards, marketing materials, weird experimental stuff - whatever you're making. If you're uploading someone's face, you need their permission.

How It Actually Works
What happens when you hit Generate.
DreamSun is not an AI model. We don't train anything. We give you access to models from different providers through one interface, so you're not managing six accounts and six billing systems.
When you generate: your prompt goes to the model provider you picked. They process it. They send back the result. We deliver it to you and keep a copy so you can find it later.
We don't use your prompts or your generations to train AI. We store your work so the platform works - your gallery, your history, your downloads.
Each AI provider handles data under their own policies. You can find those linked in our Privacy Policy. Legal details on third-party services are in our Terms of Use (Section 7).
Your Data
What we keep and what we don't.
We store your email, your generation history, your credit balance, and enough usage data to keep things running.
We don't store your passwords (that's our auth provider), your card details (that's Stripe), or biometric data.
We don't sell your data, we don't use your generations for ads, we don't share your prompts with other users, and we don't train models on your content.
If you want your data exported or your account deleted, email privacy@dreamsunai.com. We'll do it.

You Own What You Create
Your generations belong to you.
What you generate is yours. Personal projects, commercial work, client deliverables, social posts, prints - use it however you want. We don't claim ownership.
One thing we can't promise is exclusivity. Someone else could write a similar prompt and get a similar result. That's how generative AI works.
The providers we use grant commercial rights, but if you're using outputs for something high-stakes, check the specific model's terms. Legal details on ownership and licensing are in our Terms of Use (Section 4).

Common Questions
Is my payment information safe?
Stripe handles all payments. They're PCI Level 1 certified, which is the highest security standard for payment processing. We don't see or store your card details. More in our Privacy Policy (Section 3).
What happens if a generation fails?
Credits come back automatically. If something slips through and you don't see the refund, email us - we'll fix it same day. See Terms of Use (Section 9.2).
Can I use generated content commercially?
Yes. Your outputs are yours, commercial use included. For high-stakes work, check the specific model provider's terms too. See Terms of Use (Section 4.4).
Do you use my content to train AI?
No. Not your prompts, not your uploads, not your generations. See Privacy Policy (Sections 1 & 2).
How do I delete my account?
Email privacy@dreamsunai.com from your account email. We'll handle it. Your rights are in our Privacy Policy (Section 6).
Why do models cost different amounts?
Different providers charge different rates. A fast image model is cheap to run. A high-end video model is not. We price credits based on what the generation actually costs us. You always see the price before you generate.
How do I report content?
Email support@dreamsunai.com with details. We review every report. See Terms of Use (Section 5).
Can I get a refund?
Within 7 days of your first purchase, if you haven't used any credits. Subscription renewals aren't refundable, but you can cancel anytime. Full policy in our Terms of Use (Section 9.4).
